For my usepage : it's not very nice - TT__TT comparing with the others's own >< If you wanna to make one , just go to your control pannel ===> under the liks of your Notification , credits .. etc ..
there you choose Skin builder --> go on for it , it's rather simple

and in your control pannel , you can find everything for uploading your signature , avata , user image ....

. if you got some problems , just tell me ^^ '

uhm , I saw your userpage and I noticed the mistake you've got is also the same as mine when I first try to make my userpage skin ^^

exactly , on the top of your Built skin's page , you can see two topics teaching the basic knowledge about builting skin , after reading that carefully , you'll know why your userpage becomes like this ( I mean , you can't see the boys's faces ^ ^)

You can try this userpage , I've made it as an extra userpage'sskin ^^
